Shipping Information

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Free shipping on orders above $50 SGD!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days from shipment date.
Items must be in original condition: unworn, with original tags and packaging.

NOTE: Items that are NOT eligible for return:

Under "Subject" key in (your order number - exchange/return).
In the "Message" key in the reason of exchange/return.
We will reach out to you 5 - 14 business days and provide you with the instructions accordingly.

Refunds are processed within 5 - 14 business days after we receive your returned item.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping via registered mail with tracking.
Reshipping fees apply to all at $5 SGD.

NOTE: Swolemates is not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels. Always use registered mail with tracking for any return.
